At twelve I sold my father's squash door to door, three kilos for a peso, and talked two kids from the block into working it with me. That was my first company.

At seventeen I was running twelve bricklayers on a construction site. They were older than me, they didn't trust me, and I had to earn it every morning.

In between, I went looking. A year on the road with a backpack. Four months in the Amazon. A cabin burning in Patagonia that two teammates and I put out ourselves. A few years in Brazil. Four thousand books.

I've lived in fields, mountains, jungle, cities, and towns.

I'm a generalist. I've led teams, written code, designed products, run marketing — it all turned out to be the same job at different resolutions.

I train jiu jitsu. I read every day. I watch every F1 race.
